Perform Standard Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues.
(If needed) Perform commissioning activities autonomously.
Execute Preventive Maintenance: Complete routine PM tasks accurately and fully.
Safety and Quality Adherence: Enforce standards; ensure complete records for traceability and compliance.
Customer Communication: Provide clear professional updates and manage expectations onsite.
Inventory & Spares Coordination: Track and handle spares, tools, and consumables properly.
Cross-Department Communication: Lead communication with Spain-based teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
Provide On-Call Support: Respond to urgent service issues on weekends/holidays as required.
Technical Mentorship: Guide new Field Service Technicians; assess competence and reinforce safe, high-quality work practices.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service processes and efficiency.
Manage Ancillary Tasks: Perform other tasks delegated by Service Manager or Regional Lead.
Comply with the matrix of roles and responsibilities in terms of health and safety in the workplace (P14.130S-F01) and knowledge of sustainability and quality as indicated in the matrix.
