We are currently looking for a Health & Safety Clerk to join our team at our Gilbert office and support our safety administration and inventory workflows.

The role

As a Health & Safety Clerk, you will support the administrative operations of the Safety Department, with a strong focus on inventory control, ordering, shipping, and documentation management. This position is 100% administrative and requires daily in‑person presence at our Gilbert office to manage PPE distribution and inventory workflows.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Manage PPE inventory including monthly counts, restocking, organization, and distribution.
  • Process PPE requests received by email and ensure technicians receive materials promptly.
  • Track inventory movement, pull items from shelves, and prepare materials for shipment.
  • Create shipping labels, coordinate with transportation personnel, and deliver items to the warehouse.
  • Order materials and handle shipping tasks as needed.
  • Monitor incoming emails and messages through Teams to respond to requests and coordinate tasks.
  • Assign training to employees through internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel, Word, and internal tools.
  • Collaborate daily with regional Safety Clerks and support communication between safety teams.
  • Ensure documentation, tracking, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

 

Experience & Skills

We are looking for candidates with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory processes efficiently.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in inventory control, including ordering, shipping, or monthly inventory counts.
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (intermediate or above).
  • Customer service skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work 100% in person at the Gilbert office.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
  • Preferred experience but not require using SAP or similar inventory management systems.
  • Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) but not required.
