Finance Manager

Power Electronics is a multinational company focused in Solar and Battery Inverters on utility-scale, Electrical Vehicle chargers and Speed Drives, providing service to companies all over the globe. Power Electronics is searching for new team members in order to sustain its business presence in the US and continue to provide its clients with outstanding technical support. Power Electronics is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join the team. In this key role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting Power Electronics' business in the USA, overseeing P&Ls, reporting, tax, and overall business performance, process implementations. You’ll work directly with the Director of Finance and CFO to manage budgets, analyze variances, oversee headcount, and prepare materials for monthly operating reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize and prioritize tasks, assigning them to different team members according to urgency and importance, making sure tasks and projects are completed.
• Supervise and coordinate the different projects and tasks associated to the finance department, making progress visible and taking the appropriate decisions.
• Perform the monthly and annual accounting closing.
• Follow up the general accounting, taxation and preparation of the annual accounts.
• Follow-up and elaboration of associated commercial documents.
• Compliance with Cash Flow targets.
• Financial reporting (balance sheet and Profit/Loss).
• Ensure that procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are executed correctly.
• Process implementations.
• Perform all those tasks entrusted by your immediate manager both associated with your area and linked to other departments.

What we are looking for

• BS Degree in finance, accounting, business administration and management or related.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, leading the financial department in a company, preferably international.
• Experience in management control and financial controlling.
• Professional level Office package, especially Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• SAP (desirable)
• Spanish (desirable).
