Job description

Power Electronics is a multinational company focused in Solar and Battery Inverters utility-scale, Electrical Vehicle chargers and industrial speed drives, providing service to companies all over the globe. Power Electronics is searching for new team members in order to sustain its business presence in the US and continue to provide its clients with outstanding technical support. Operating at a global scale, PE is one of very few companies providing its clients with a 24/7 technical assistance, from US to Japan!

The role

As and Office Administrative, you will manage the day to day administrative activity, receive clients and visitors, answers customer inquiries by telephone and in person and provide support to the Fleet department.

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

  • Administrative management: Perform general administrative tasks, such as document management, filing, and telephone answering.
  • Fleet control: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles.
  • Registration and tracking: Maintain accurate vehicle records, including insurance, permits and technical documentation.
  • Incident management: Resolve problems and manage incidents related to the fleet of vehicles.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between drivers and the company, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
  • Reception tasks: Attend and greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming phone calls and redirect as needed. Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • English is a must. Spanish will be well considered.
