Power Electronics is looking for a IT Systems Technician (L1) to help us improve and provide world - class service to our customers in Arizona.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the required support for incidents or queries made by users, consulting and recording the actions in the ticketing system
• Perform installation and configuration of computer equipment (computers, screens, peripherals, printers, mobile lines...).
• Ensure control and perform the registration and deregistration of users in the company's IT systems and platforms.
• Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of the different systems (videoconferencing, rooms, presence...) existing in the company.
• Control and manage all equipment and IT equipment materials, ensuring proper stock control and traceability
• Collaborate in the definition and documentation of the area's procedures and protocols, as well as in the recording and maintenance of indicators.
• Carry out all those tasks entrusted by your immediate manager both associated with your area and linked to other departments to ensure the correct development of the work.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security regulations according to Power Electronics ISMS.
• Comply with the matrix of roles and responsibilities for safety and health in the workplace (P14.130S-F01).

Academic Education

• Intermediate and/or Higher Degree in Computer Network Systems.

Experience Required

• 2 years minimum of working experience within IT Systems position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 40 hours
