What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events across the U.S. market. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and attention to detail to ensure flawless delivery of trade shows, customer events, and internal activations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and fairs, including booth logistics, vendor management, onsite setup, and event operations.
- Coordinate commercial agendas and support sales teams during exhibitions and strategic events.
- Manage end-to-end execution of customer and strategic events, including VIP invitations, hospitality, and sponsorship activations.
- Oversee vendors and suppliers related to events (logistics, printing, booths, materials, and services).
- Handle operational processes such as SAP requests, purchase orders, payments, and budget tracking related to events.
- Coordinate internally with Finance, Travel, HR, Service, Logistics, and Global Marketing (HQ) to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support internal events and activations, managing logistics, spaces, materials, and supplier coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or field marketing activities, preferably in B2B, industrial, energy, or technology environments.
- Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple events in parallel.
- Experience working with vendors, budgets, and internal operational processes.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office 365; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
