Funciones de Puesto

Ferias y trade shows Planificar y coordinar la participación de la compañía en ferias y trade shows en EE. UU., gestionando proveedores, logística, montaje y operación onsite.
Eventos estratégicos con clientes Coordinar eventos con clientes, incluyendo hospitalities, invitados VIP, patrocinios y activaciones especiales.
Agenda comercial asociada a eventos Coordinar la agenda comercial vinculada a eventos y ferias junto con el equipo de Ventas.
Gestión de proveedores y partners Gestionar proveedores externos (stands, impresión, logística, producción), asegurando calidad, cumplimiento de plazos y control de costes.
Operaciones y gestión administrativa Gestionar la operativa asociada a eventos (SAP, pedidos, pagos), coordinándose con Finanzas, Travel, HR, Service y Logística.
Eventos internos y activaciones internas Coordinar la ejecución logística de eventos internos y acciones de activación interna en EE. UU.
Coordinación con Marketing ES Coordinarse con el equipo de Marketing en España para asegurar alineación de materiales, mensajes y timings.
Soporte a acciones de marketing vinculadas a eventos Dar soporte a acciones de marketing relacionadas con eventos (contenidos, web, social media), en colaboración con el resto del equipo.
Cumplir la matriz de funciones y responsabilidades en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (P14.130S-F01) y los conocimientos en materia de sostenibilidad y calidad indicados en la matriz.

Académica

Licenciatura y/o Grado Universitario en marketing e investigación de mercados, publicidad y relaciones públicas o similares

Informática

Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos y generación de informes (Excel, Power BI). Familiaridad con plataformas de comunicación y colaboración (Microsoft Teams, Slack).
Conocimientos en plataformas de marketing digital (por ejemplo, Google Analytics, SEMrush)

Idiomas

Inglés (C1), valorabe nivel medio en otro idioma
Español (B2), valorable

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events across the U.S. market. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and attention to detail to ensure flawless delivery of trade shows, customer events, and internal activations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and fairs, including booth logistics, vendor management, onsite setup, and event operations.
  • Coordinate commercial agendas and support sales teams during exhibitions and strategic events.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of customer and strategic events, including VIP invitations, hospitality, and sponsorship activations.
  • Oversee vendors and suppliers related to events (logistics, printing, booths, materials, and services).
  • Handle operational processes such as SAP requests, purchase orders, payments, and budget tracking related to events.
  • Coordinate internally with Finance, Travel, HR, Service, Logistics, and Global Marketing (HQ) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support internal events and activations, managing logistics, spaces, materials, and supplier coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or field marketing activities, preferably in B2B, industrial, energy, or technology environments.
  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple events in parallel.
  • Experience working with vendors, budgets, and internal operational processes.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office 365; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
