Your Impact

As part of our team, you’ll contribute directly to the development of solutions that make a real difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support.
• Collect information on identified faults or problems with installation, adjustment, hardware and software design in equipment, and share information with the R&D department.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identifying potential failures or associated problems.
• Supervise and prepare technical reports required for areas dedicated to product design and development, as well as for customers.
• Collaborate in the commissioning of equipment, as well as in repairs and customer warranties.
• Support the implementation of high-level and control systems.
• Establish and maintain contact for technical advice to customers and internal departments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure the work is carried out efficiently.
• Ocasional travel to customers' Solar fields.

What We’re Looking For

• +3 years experience in similar roles.
• AS or BS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced level in Microsoft programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Bilingual English and Spanish. (Desirable)
