What You’ll Do
As a Transportation & Distribution Specialist, you will coordinate national and international transportation activities to support operational goals across multiple business units. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinate domestic and international transportation services, including documentation, import/export processes, and shipment tracking.
2. Ensure compliance with transportation laws, customs regulations, and internal supply chain policies.
3. Manage internal and external product movements, load assignments, and traffic control with the corresponding Power Electronics branch.
4. Maintain accurate pre‑ and post‑shipment administration, report equipment damages, and handle claims processes.
5. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize transportation planning and meet customer requirements efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus .
- 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics coordination, distribution, or supply chain in the industrial or energy make preferred.
- Knowledge of national transportation regulations, customs processes, compliance, and related areas.
- Skilled in transportation and distribution management, including route/load planning, warehouse operations, inventory control, and the use of SAP, TMS, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles with strong results orientation, initiative, time management, customer focus, and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Experienced working in multilingual settings with Spanish proficiency preferred.
