The role

As a Workshop Assembler, you will support the assembly, disassembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting of equipment and components within our workshop environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical and basic electrical components, following established procedures.
• Use hand tools, drills, and measurement tools safely and effectively.
• Use a multimeter to perform basic voltage readings and continuity checks (training provided).
• Assist with basic circuit assembly tasks
• Enter data and track assembly or test information in Word, Excel, and internal systems.
• Follow step‑by‑step procedures and maintain documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support hands‑on training initiatives and follow all workshop guidelines.

Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience in assembly, mechanical work, workshop operations, or similar fields.
• Hand tools
• Power drills
• Multimeters (or willingness to learn)
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry).
• Ability to follow procedures step‑by‑step.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
