¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Coordinate the team of professional H&S in the Region. Coordinate / Implement, maintain and monitor health and safety plans and programs for LATAM/EMEA/ APAC Technical Service. 
  • Coordinate and supervise the performance of risk assessments of processes, workplaces and machines or work equipment. Conduct and coordinate health and safety audits in accordance with the ISO45001 standard.
  • Promote safe behaviour and the correct use of protective equipment in the Region. Promote and ensure the achievement of the Region's KPIs (Leading Indicators). Lead/Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of near misses or accidents that occur in the work environment using the 8D methodology.
  • Maintain and lead coordination with the different H&S external consultants per country. Prepare / Coordinate the H&S documentation required for the different projects. 
  • Participate in health and safety coordination meetings with internal and external clients when necessary. Lead and ensure compliance with the field layered audit system (Layered Process Audit 1-2-3). Operational Controls.
  • Lead and ensure compliance with the Safety Walk audit system in the workshop and warehouse areas.
  • Lead internal H&S projects/workshops. Lead/elaborate documentation of health and safety procedures in compliance with regulations, as well as any modifications and updates that take place. Implement and lead department meetings: weekly kickoff meeting, TOP5, TOP 30 and TOP60, according to the needs of the Region.  Implement, lead or collaborate in the Cross Functional Team (CFT) meetings of the region.  
  • Prepare the area to address annual internal and external ISO45001 certification audits and the Corporative Maturity Matrix through the Internal Self Assessment. Comply with and enforce the matrix of roles and responsibilities regarding safety and health in your workplace.
    Traveling within the Region as needed. Aprox 30% of the time.

  • University Education (Diploma, Bachelor's Degree and/or Degree)
  • > 3 years managing  Health and Safety teams
  • English B2
  • Professional level of Office Software
