EV Service Clerk

We are currently searching for a Service Clerk (administrative profile) for our EV charging department based in our office in Tampa, FL.
The role
Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Perform administrative type tasks included in the work department process, following manager instructions.
- Draft correspondence and enter data in management systems (ERP)
- Perform calculations using databases and spreadsheets autonomously.
- Perform documental management (analog and digital) of work reports, invoices, delivery notes and documents pertaining to their work area.
- Attend both by phone and email to internal and external customers
- Perform all those tasks entrusted by his immediate manager both associated with his area and linked to other departments to ensure the proper development of the work.
What we are looking for
- 1 year experience in administrative roles.
- Degree in Bussiness Administration (desirable).
- Professional level of Microsoft office.
- ERP experience (desirable).
- Spanish (desirable).
