Your Impact

Power Electronics is looking for a Warehouse Associate to help us improve and provide world - class service to our customers in Japan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warehouse and spare parts management.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and spare parts.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform the required replenishment tasks, ensuring the correct state of the warehouse stock, ensuring the availability of the material.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders effectively and efficiently, following the established procedures and handling the materials according to the determined protocols.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with local carriers and ensure timely dispatch for technicians and customers.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and operational issues.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy, maintaining full traceability of materials and warehouse transactions
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Perform an adequate management of the waste generated in the warehouse.

Experience Required

• 1 year experience working in Warehouse
• 1 year experience using forklift

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 40 hours
• Working Hours - 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Break: 60 minutes

Holidays and Leave

• Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays / Full two-day weekend system
• If you are required to work on a holiday, you will be entitled to a substitute holiday or compensatory time off, and you will receive holiday pay.
• Golden Week Vacation: 8 days
• Summer Vacation: 5 days
• Year-End and New Year’s Vacation: 8 days
